Passport Wedding Invitations currently ships within the United States only.

All products are custom printed and made to order. Order processing begins after full payment is received, all required wedding details or artwork are submitted, and any required digital proof is approved.

Production time varies by product, quantity, customization, proof approval timing, and seasonal demand. After production, your order may be shipped to us first for review, quality checking, repackaging, and preparation before final shipment to you.

Shipping time begins after your order has completed production, review, repackaging, and has been handed to the final shipping carrier.

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to proof approval delays, production issues, carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other events outside of our control.

Expedited shipping may be available for some orders, but it only affects carrier transit time. It does not automatically shorten proofing time, production time, third-party fulfillment time, quality review, or repackaging time unless confirmed in writing.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, returned packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Because our products are custom printed and made to order, all custom printed orders are generally final sale once production has started.

For customized orders, we may provide a digital proof before printing. Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, dates, times, addresses, venue details, RSVP information, QR codes, wedding websites, spelling, punctuation, grammar, colors, layout, quantity, and product selection before approving the proof.

Once a proof is approved, the customer confirms that the design and information are correct and authorizes the order to move into production. We are not responsible for errors, misspellings, incorrect dates, wrong addresses, QR code issues, or design details that were submitted or approved by the customer.

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once a proof has been approved or the order has entered production, cancellation may no longer be available.

Refunds are not available for customer-approved errors, change of mind, ordering the wrong product or quantity, late proof approval, minor color differences between screen previews and printed products, or normal print, trim, and color variations.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a production or fulfillment issue, please contact us within [Insert Number] days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. After review, we may offer a replacement, reprint, store credit, partial refund, or full refund at our discretion.
